Pioneer Square, Seattle - Meeting Vladamir

I was Walking in the streets of Seattle, Pioneer Square area back alley streets. 

 a man stepped out of the shadows he said he was Haitian; his name was Vladamir.

An amazing poet was he and his hypnotic eyes and soothsayer breathe bestowed upon you a prophecy written in the letters of your own name. 

I gave him a cigarette and lit the end as he inhaled and recited deep memorizing poetry, in awe i listened under the full moon light. 

intrigued by his word and his history, captivated by the mystery that surrounds him, was he human or spirit? 

perhaps a lost soul, but so beautiful at the same time and how intoxicating words can be, especially those of a stranger. 

When you come across this Stranger you may feel his soul as you have known him forever.

after crossing paths times three, friends will you become.

He talks to the spirits of the old world, in a distant kingdom that resides within the mists of our own realms.

So next time you are in Seattle in any season listen to the whispers of the concrete, and Vladamir may grace his presence upon thee.

A lot of people in America make a good living on gambling, but you have to play it smart. addictions to anything never gets us anywhere but if you know your teams you can make a pretty penny placing bets on sports. yes its high risks but you also get high return if your instincts are correct. I too once was bored and dropped 100$ on the Superbowl made 300 back that day. imagine if i would have put down 3000 my return would have been sweet just saying.

And eating Dog is wierd?...lol

And you think eating dog would be weird? In American culture of bottle canned loaded with chemical embalming fluids yet we complain about other countries eating dog on a stick? Seriously have you considered what has been ingested by you and your family for the past 6months? Atleast dog is 100% meat lol. Though I have not knowingly eaten dog, but I'm sure its better than eating this on a stick. It might be good if it was not loaded with death.

Working on this new jacket 3/4 cut length a name is yet to be given to this piece of Perfektion.

Yet for all seekers do not find the right fitting garments until they have found the underground.

Summer Solstice Collection

 My heart shattered into a thousand pieces when the thread broke that held the ties between fashion and mainstream. What have we woven into society that has confused the minds of the youth, to think that they are twins from separate mothers.

 What happened to the times when fashion was not a uniform but a sense of expression of the self?

 I reflect back through the looking glass sifting through each of my reflections to find the styles that

I thought too, may have been lost forever.

 Then there I be amongst all other reflections that had looked through the same glass, and we then remembered when we once were individuals. and that we had style that was not cookie cutter fashion, but raw, cutting edge, & so inspirational.

 It could be seen on the walls, in our clothes, and our hair accompanied by a dance or a name each of our character famous in its own light.

 These times seem to have died long ago, the then all of these reflections of the looking glass reminded me that history repeats itself, and that time is coming.

 We here at the Perfekt Tension labs are evolving rapidly to meet this shift in the Era of Fashion that is rising up out of the looking glass.

Thoughts

Many years have passed and yet my style continues to evolve.

But at times I feel that time stands still and so does my imagination.

So do we step backwards at the fork in the road? Or do we journey to right which has no left? Or do we journey to the left which has no right?

No matter which path you take you will have to make decisions

but that could be a good sign to chose the path that looks most clear.

Here come summer time and I'm just starting a new collection. The challenge is switching my mind off fall jackets,

Into summer wear.

And trying to get the men's wear together as well.

2.35 Am still Sewing...

Sewing is a race against time with no finish line, I do not think people understand how much harder this is than it seems. I am not complaining by any means. but since I have learned how to sew i have a new appreciation for well constructed garments.

We strive to keep the Love in our art here at the studio and it shows in our work. Timeless pieces that will not fall apart easily. I have often wondered what it would be like if the whole worlds option was strictly H&M would anyone step up and make better quality garments or would we just blindly follow, in a world of fast fashion mass production. 

As the industry devolves the underground is constantly changing and rapid evolving street culture is changing the ways people today perceive fashion.

One by one we wake up looking for our individual style stepping out of the mirror into being one with its reflection instead of reflecting another.
