new jackets
Today in the Perfekt Tension Laboratory:
these next jackets are looking great! we here at the studio are looking forward to what kind of response we are going to receive this weekend.
More about the jacket, they are denim, great for spring/summer months, or even in the winter if you were indoors.
a twist of Asymmetrical line but Haute enough to be classified edgy.
inspired by discussions of apocalypse to the "end times" fused with world of warcraft and steam punk daymares...but in a marketable sense.
I love this song at times it reminds me of the industry, because we work so hard to make new styles its hard to keep up but not if you are ahead of the game.

Friday !3th
It's Friday the 13th, 2012 and here we are on the last day of the week before the market. Managed to get the Kowls done but could not finish the chef jacket in time for the weekend.
Here at Perfekt Tension we value a high quality standard for our looks since everything is hand crafted individually each piece carrying its own energy, magnifying the spirit of each person differently.

Glow of The Banshee - from Alchemichal Whispers: Insomniax Doktrine VoL. 2
My heart sinks to the bottom of the earths molten core, for I once met a stranger that was stranger than, fiction. She had a gaze that stretched across the universe for miles, and miles. My heart almost stopped, I tried to utter a word but I was left breathless. I thought to my self how can such beauty be so vandalizing, I wasn't even beset on seeking a kiss, and my heart was swept away in the winds of her mystery before I knew it. Lost in the heart beat of a banshee what sweet melody cometh from she as she waltz on the sands of the moons elliptical grace. As I once heard a quote from an unknown poet who said;"love is like war, easy to start, harder to stop" then I met you and your gaze erased away the craze of them truths we are taught are not real, and you made them so. So please wake me if this is only a dream, or if I am dreaming while awake please let not me slumber for today I found solitude in the eyes of madness that surrounds us all slowly fading away deeper into the mysteries...

Saturday Market:
Today @ the market was a great day the sun was out and will soon share info about other local artists that vend at the Portland Saturday Market.
We will be around on Sunny days if your in downtown Portland stop by and check out our Haute Street Line.
Update: we won't be @ the market this Easter Sunday as we need to restock our booth for next Sat. :). The Kowls are sold out.

Phase Duece:
Patterns developed need to transfer them into fabric, so the lust of the blades may be quenched. As it awaits the unveiling of its self all I can do is guide its mystery into being. The most exciting part about the creation is to witness its birth and when the one who claims it gives the piece it's first breathe of life it's an intoxicating experience. How many more designs are yet to come and how many to this day have passed and yet no matter how many years go by it remains in style. Resurrection of a piece of clothing that has fulfilled it's entire purpose of being emerges out of the depths of consciousness. Housing our individual alter egos without judgement and without seeking compliments, they seem to seek you out and for a brief moment an exchange of something universal happens, an appreciation for the Arts....

Operation Chef Update:
The first pins have set, the first snip has not been laid yet. As of how I want this look to go as of now is undecided. As thoughts of silhouettes rushes through my minds eye I feel patterns emerging from finger tips contacting the form. Line after line each building on the character of the piece to be translated by the one who wears it. Optimal divinity is feeling good about oneself and that is the inspiration that fuels the labs at Perfekt Tension.
As we keep moving forward bringing new dreams to the vision of street fashion straight from hells kitchen, in the left coasts own Perfekt Tension Laboratory....more to come.

Perfekt Order
How many thoughts do we share of the same bloodline of fashion, through ancient times clothing has been one of the roots that held cultures together.
creates a language of who comes from where personality and so on but sadly, Woman's fashion is the only thing that has evolved passed the level of what is socially acceptable to be worn by man.
Leaving men in the dust of what he can & cannot wear.
The mission that Perfekt Tension faces in this world of fashion is that, keeping the balance of wearable options for both men and women breaking the oppression of men's styles.
We live in a world of no restriction, no boundaries then why now do we not truely express ourselves in this limitless world of dreams that we now live in.
2012 is here and amongst the shift we are wakening into is the new expression of balance through clothing. A new cult has risen with the Perfekt techniques and it's trend is the Perfekt Order.
Perfekt Tension is here and it's symbolism is being seen through out the world. Join us for a movement that has been waiting to happen for the last 150 years, it is time for the fourth coming haute street wear.
