What is Meditation?

I hear this question but I feel there is no right answer to this. for something so simple can reveal so much in one session that may feel infinite at times.

Meditation can go deeper than just sitting and breathing, feeling, sometimes just dissolving into self melting away with the breathe of the atmosphere.

It is an effortless act to meditate but it is a challenge because of its effortlessness we as super minded thinking individuals make it harder than it should be. 
Bruce Lee once said, 

 "Don't Think!..Feel. It is like a finger pointing to the Moon, Don't stare at the finger...or you will miss All that heavenly glory." 

For me as a mind coach I feel that meditation shares the same theory as Bruce Lee's word.

When people "try" to meditate they are not "feeling" instead they get lost in thoughts. A good way to start is to focus on the "rise and fall" of the abdomen with each breath.

If thoughts arise, simply remind yourself the mind is thinking replace your thoughts with the words, "wandering, wandering, wandering" then silence the mind and bring your focus back to the "rise and fall" of the breath.

after a while you will start to realize what meditation means to you, because there is no real way to explain the effects of blissfulness that hides deep in inner space. there is a whole other cosmos in you, it is time you explore that path for yourself.

Sleep walking, among the dead I hear her whispers in mumbled tongues. As thoughts drift the dead awake, souls inspire imagination. They now see past the shepherds veils as the deaf hear the wise,and blind see clearly. The leprosariums are seen as equals. As of now securing finaces is coming together finding the balance of my 2 year old and creating fashion has been a challenge.

Right now we gear up to show at Boston Fashion Week, This new line will be inspired by old Perfekt Tension Classics, and new Haute St.Wear looks.

As I search deep within subconscious to find a style that people will feel fresh in. it's operation trend setting for 2014 September Show.

I will be spending these next few months developing 8 Looks for the Boston show and will post pictures when the show is done.
